Monchange is committed to responsible gambling, promoting the awareness of problem
gambling and improving prevention, intervention and treatment. Our employee training
program includes awareness of problem gambling issues.
Responsible Trading and Betting: Customers are advised never to trade with funds
you cannot afford to lose, and do not trade with borrowed funds.
Self Exclusion: If requested by a customer, we will close the customer’s account
for a period of 6 months during which it will not be possible for the customer to
re-open the closed account or open a new account.
Deposit Limits: To aid budgeting, customers can place deposit limits on their account.
SIGNS OF PROBLEM GAMBLING: If you find yourself in any of the scenarios below, you

- Stealing or borrowing money to gamble or trade.
- You can not stop gambling until all your money is depleted.

Underage gambling: You are 18 years of age or over, and capable
of taking responsibility for your own actions. You understand that by using our
services you may lose money on bets placed and accept that you are fully responsible
for any such loss. We reserve the right to ask for verification documents from any
customer and may suspend an account until such proof is received.
Anyone under the age of 18 years found to trading or betting on monchange will have
any winnings forfeited.
Filtering systems: We encourage our customers to prevent minors
